RSNDL with over 35 years of experience in finance and medicine helps Family offices, HNWIs, Investment firms and start-ups following the tailor-made strategies to scale the business. With over 30 years of experience working in blue-chip institutions such as J.P. Morgan, Deutsche Bank and Pictet & Cie., Bjorn helps the next generation of Family Offices with themes like technology for tomorrow, passion and impact investments. In 2024 Bjorn was appointed Financial Services ambassador for the Global Blockchain Business Council.
Elena Rosendahl
Director of RSNDL
Having 6 years of expertise in medicine and a professional experience in managing an ESG start-up, Elena is focussing on longevity investments and preventive health. Besides, she is guiding companies in refining their business strategies and connecting high-potential start-ups with institutional investors.
Dr. Johannes Pulsfort
Senior Advisor - Sustainable Finance
Dr. Johannes Pulsfort brings 10+ years of expertise in sustainable finance and emerging technologies, advising Family Offices, international organisations and institutions on carbon markets, tokenization, and climate-transition strategies. Formerly with Accenture and BCG, he has advised the United Nations Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) and holds a PhD from WU Vienna on blockchain-enabled sustainable supply chains.

Nicolas brings a strong background in venture capital and angel investing, alongside hands-on responsibility for the investment activities of his own family office.
As an active and trusted member of multiple Next Generation HNWI and Family Office circles, he offers first-hand insight into the priorities, expectations, and decision-making dynamics of the emerging generation of wealth owners.
